CalHours privacy policy
Effective 3 November 2026. CalHours is published by Calvin at Level 8 LLC.
Your calendar data never leaves your browser
CalHours reads the events already shown on calendar.google.com in your own browser tab and adds up their times. Event titles, times, colours, guests and tags are processed on your device only. They are never sent to Level 8 LLC, to ExtensionPay, or to anyone else.
- No Google account access: CalHours does not use OAuth, the Google Calendar API, or your Google sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, ads, or remote code.
- Settings, hourly rates, targets and cached week totals are stored with
chrome.storage.localon this computer. Uninstalling CalHours deletes them. - CSV files and printed timesheets are created locally and saved wherever you choose.
- The extension's content security policy only allows network connections to itself and to extensionpay.com.
Payments (CalHours Pro)
Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are handled by ExtensionPay and its payment processor Stripe. When you start a trial, pay, or check your Pro status, CalHours contacts extensionpay.com with an anonymous install key. If you choose to pay or start a trial, ExtensionPay and Stripe receive the email and payment details you enter on their pages. No calendar data is included in these requests.
